Camp Grizzly Campers

Camp Grizzly accepts children between ages 7 and 15 who are:

Deaf or hard of hearing, KODA (Kids of Deaf Adults) and siblings of Deaf are accepted upon space availability.

Campers attend
July 31-Aug 6, 2016.


Counselor In Training (CIT)

Campers age 16 to 18 who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing and KODA.

CITs are recommended to attend CIT training, July 30-Aug 6, 2016.

CITs are required to attend a two-day training from July 30-31, 2016.

Camp Grizzly is People

All camp counselors and program staff are: Deaf, CODA, Hard of Hearing or fluent in Sign Language.

Selected based on their background in leadership skills, education and recreation.

Required to complete an intensive pre-camp training session for 3 days on July 29-31, 2016.

    CAMP GRIZZLY is in NEED of donated sports equipment: 2-basketballs, 2-Volleyballs, 2-footballs (Nerf is ok), 2-Soccer balls, 3 large hula hoops, 6-tennis balls, 2-softballs, gloves, 2- baseball bats, badminton set, flag football set and water toys like 4 kick boards, 10 noodles and water polo set, and 6 beach balls. Anything is appreciated and or Gift cards to a sports store or Wal-Mart. All donations will receive a tax deduction donation letter. Thank you!!
